| Artist's Comments: | Hiking up this valley was an exercise for strong knees walking over fallen logs, bogs and endless twisting, turning trails. The sunset contrasted with the green valley. The lake at the top was the goal to get to. It was like walking into a green paradise where few people have been. Painting this piece is like building an altar in remembrance. |
